2. Can I request a custom design or personalize an item?

Absolutely! We love working on custom pieces. Whether it’s a unique shape, color, or personal detail, just contact us with your idea and we’ll work with you to bring it to life.

3. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Custom or made to order items may take a bit longer we’ll always keep you updated on timing.

4. What is your return or exchange policy?

We don't accept returns. Incase if the shippment is damaged, we can replace the product and shipping charges will be bearable by the customer.

5. Do you ship Pan India?

Yes, we offer Pan India shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
